Iberphil está a punto de cumplir diez años, muchas han sido las metas alcanzadas y los obstáculos superados, con esfuerzo, profesionalidad y dedicación total a nuestros clientes, sin duda los mejores coleccionistas del país. Hace cinco años, y siguiendo la evolución lógica de una empresa que crece y quiere acometer nuevos desafíos, dimos comienzo, a través de la marca Ibercoin, a la comercialización de monedas y billetes de alto nivel. La aceptación en el sector fue enorme y a día de hoy es un actor importante en el mundo de las monedas, incluso más allá de nuestras fronteras. Pues bien, comienza una nueva temporada y hemos querido poner en marcha un proyecto que teníamos en mente desde hace tiempo, y no es otro que estrenar la sección dedicada a filatelia extranjera. Hasta hoy, Iberphil se ha caracterizado por la venta de sellos españoles y los correspondientes a sus excolonias. Obviamente y sin apartarnos un ápice de este camino queremos adentrarnos poco a poco en el precioso mundo de la filatelia mundial. Es cierto que jugamos con ventaja al contar con Hermenegildo Trillo, el activo más importante con el que hoy por hoy cuenta Iberphil y sin duda uno de los mejores especialistas que tenemos en nuestro país en este campo, con años y años de experiencia y especialista con reconocido prestigio en España y, especialmente, en Centroeuropa. Poco a poco, Iberphil se irá adentrando en este apasionante mundo. La perfecta organización de nuestros recursos, la consolidación financiera que año tras año y debido a los beneficios de los últimos ejercicios nos permite encarar el futuro con enorme optimismo y poner en marcha un antiguo anhelo, añadiendo el reto que supone atacar un mercado tan competitivo, son motivos suficientes para abrir esta nueva sección. Con esta comunicación queremos presentarles la sección de la web dedicada a este campo. Hoy por hoy la mayoría del negocio de Iberphil se concentra en nuestra página web. Los hábitos de la sociedad cambian y nadie concibe una empresa sin una página web moderna y accesible para todos. Por ello queremos focalizar toda nuestra fuerza comercial para esta nueva línea de negocio en nuestra página web, que se trata además del vehículo de venta más permeable y eficaz para llegar a todas las partes del mundo. Así que la mayor parte de nuestras actividades en este campo irán ligadas al aspecto tecnológico, básicamente a través de nuestra web y con el objeto de ir creciendo utilizaremos las plataformas tecnológicas filatélicas más importantes del mundo. En nuestra web encontrará un apartado con series y cartas de todo el mundo, de alto nivel, evitando las series a partir del año 1960 y un apartado especial con piezas de gran importancia que llamamos Worldwide Private Treaty 2014. Condiciones de Venta 1- Todas las ventas se considerarán al contado y en Euros, IVA incluido y sometido al régimen especial de bienes usados. Según obliga la legislación comunitaria el impuesto del IVA no podrá ser desglosado, las ventas se considerarán a todos los efectos realizadas en territorio español. 2- Las piezas filatélicas se servirán conforme se reciban las órdenes de compra en nuestras oficinas. 3- Cualquier forma de pago diferente al pago al contado debe ser negociada previamente, en este supuesto Iberphil mantendrá en su poder las piezas filatélicas hasta su total liquidación. 4- Iberphil se reserva el derecho de anular una venta y disponer del material en caso de no haber recibido el pago en los 30 dias posteriores a la fecha de compra.
5- Cualquier pago efectuado en una divisa diferente será regularizado por el contravalor aplicado por nuestra entidad bancaria. 6- Se cobrará una comisión del 0´50% mensual sobre el saldo deudor, en el momento de sobrepasar los treinta días de demora en el pago. 7- Las piezas filatélicas serán enviadas aseguradas por su valor total mediante correo certificado o mensajería, los gastos de envío y seguro serán por cuenta del comprador. 8- Las descripciones del presente catálogo han sido meticulosamente realizadas por nuestro equipo técnico el cual garantiza su estado y autenticidad, en cualquier caso, si algún defecto no mencionado afectara a alguna de las piezas esta podrá ser devuelta en el plazo de diez días, si fuera necesario someter a la consideración de algún Comité de
Expertos alguna de las piezas el plazo se extenderá hasta los treinta días. Los gastos de certificación serán por cuenta del comprador. Iberphil ofrece sus servicios y relaciones profesionales para encargarse de esta gestión. 9- Iberphil ofrece la posibilidad de examinar las piezas filatélicas en un domicilio particular, para ello el posible comprador deberá acreditar una garantía bancaria o referencia comercial, haciéndose cargo de todos los gastos inherentes y comprometiéndose a devolver el material al día siguiente de su recepción por el mismo medio de envío utilizado por Iberphil. 10- Cualquier litigio será sometido a los tribunales de Madrid, y el comprador renuncia expresamente a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderle. 11- Se considerarán aceptadas las presentes condiciones en el momento de la recepción de la orden de compra.
Terms of Sale 1- All sales will be paid in euros (no cheques or charges), IVA included in the purchase price and subject to Spanish taxation on second hand items. According to European legislation IVA tax can not be detailed as all sales are made final inside the Spanish territory. 2- All sales are sold on a first come first serve basis. 3- Any form of payment other than European currency will be subject to prior approval and all merchandise will be withheld until total payment has been received. 4- Iberphil reserves the right to dispose of any material not paid for within the 30 day payment period, starting from the initial order date. 5- All foreign currency will be subject to our domestic rate of change provided by our bank rates. 6- In the case of a purchase payment outside of the thirty day limit, the client assumed a 0.50 % monthly penalty charge (half of a percentage monthly).
7- Transport costs are not included in the selling price. All ítems are sent by certified mail and sure insured for the purchase value. 8- Iberphil guaranties its products with a ten day limited warranty. Should an item be sujected to a technical study, we will accept an extension of a twenty more days. All items are sujected to our approval by our professional evaluation team. Should any doubt or disagreement occur, iberphil offers its services and outside professional relationships to solve this subject. All certifications cost will be paid for by purchasing party. If an item sold, had hidden defects, Iberphil accepts to refund its purchasing value within the ten day limit or thirty day verification period. All the descriptions of the present catalogue have been meticulously realized by our technical team.
9- Iberphil offers its clients the opportunity to study and examine the stamps in this personal location (home or office) so long as the purchaser offers a full bank warranty and offers to pay all transport costs incurred by Iberphil´s transport company. The purchaser must agree to return the merchandise within twenty four hours since reception. All new defects on stamps examined will finalize the sale of subject items. 10- All legal claims are suject to Madrid´s courts and legal system. all buyers agree to renounce to any other authorithies outside of Madrid´s legal system. 11- These conditions are non negociable and must be accepted by the buyer.
