MOUNTED CHAINLESS BALE FEEDERS
First introduced in 1998, the original Chainless 2000 3-point linkage mounted bale feeder is making a comeback in an improved fourth iteration, retaining all the advantages that have established this innovative machine’s reputation in the market. With virtually no moving parts, this low maintenance, compact and no-nonsense bale feeder is tailored for small to medium-sized farms requiring a lightweight and durable solution, capable of handling both round and square bales while maximising forage utilisation. CURVED PLATFORM
Market tested for the stickiest of bales, the polyethylene platform is slippery and the new shape helps to break apart flakes better.
BUILT TOUGH
The new CH20004 model is rated to handle 1,000kg bales with ease.
OPTIONAL SIDE CHUTE
Provides an additional 400 mm reach, ideal for feeding into troughs, bunks or hay rings.
OPTIONAL EXTENSION
Optional platform extension available for 8’ long square bales.
NEW BALE RETAINING BAR
The bale retaining bar help to maintain the round bales in place during the rotation. The bar is now reinforced and stronger.
LATCHING SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED TINES
Tines integrated to the headstock allows the operator to easily and safely load the bales onto the bale feeder without the need to use any other tractor or attachments, saving time latching and unlatching the machine. Tines can also be used for general tasks around the farm .
OPTIONAL BOLT-ON BRACKETS
Give you more flexibility, replace the 3-point linkage hitch with brackets for front mounted loader for added flexibility, reach and visibility.
PROVEN ROTOR DESIGN

NEW DRIVE SYSTEM
