Husqvarna’s oils continue to pass tough tests. When developing a good two-stroke oil it’s important to be sure that the oil lubricates well. Here at Husqvarna we have developed a unique testing method that makes it possible to measure the temperature of the crank pin bearing while the engine is running. When the oil runs at a high temperature it is a sign of bad lubrication. If the temperature reaches the yellow area, as seen in the diagram, the temperature is too high, the material of the bearing starts to become soft, and it’s just a matter of time until the bearing seizes. You can also see in the diagram the Husqvarna oil stays under that critical temperature. When using a Husqvarna oil you can be sure that your engine get the lubrication needed.
