New equipment sold by Husqvarna is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in normal service for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. Most larger diameter blades are color coded to help select the proper blade for cutting applications. The blade core color indicates the material the blade can cut and the blade silkscreen color reflects the grade of the blade. Husqvarna’s obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair at Husqvarna Construction Products, or at a service facility designated by us, of such part or parts as inspection shall disclose to have been defective. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by damage, unreasonable use, faulty repairs made by others or defects caused by failure to provide reasonable maintenance, while in the possession of the consumer. Further, the warranty is void if the product, or any of its components, is altered or modified by the consumer, or if the product is used in an inappropriate manner or with a blade not recommended by the manufacturer. NET HORSEPOWER STATEMENT The power rating of the engine indicated in this document is the net power output tested on a production engine for the engine model and measured in accordance with SAE j1349 at 3600 rpm. Mass production engines may vary from this value. Actual power output for the engine installed in the final machine will vary depending on numerous factors, including the operating speed of the engine in application, environmental conditions, 5 maintenance and other variables.
