An ageing workforce is a concern in many countries, combined with age discrimination and early retirement. This can lead to a sustainability gap between contributors to and recipients of pension schemes, which is a concern of national finances. These sessions explore the OSH tools to enable and interest ageing persons to extend their work career. It will explain why the Icelanders work longest, how Singapore in a short time extended work careers with two years and looks at the perspectives for work life in 2015.
