Our 3-dimensional targeted wood core milling gives us unsurpassed accuracy in determining the areas of a board that create flex. Flexcavation creates unique arcs and channels in the top and bottom of the core that reduce weight and increases flex variation. Less is more and by milling flex patterns into specific areas of the core we create the desired ride without adding unnecessary materials.

No one likes reading the small type, but it’s the details that make all the difference. Sandwich construction has been around ever since surfers put directional boards and velcro straps on their feet. Don’t let anyone fool you. Using Sandwich construction, we can rapidly experiment with variable materials, flex, and control and make a much more durable wakeboard. We use sandwich construction exclusively for our entire line of wakeboards.

The core is the brain of a board. It determines many of the riding characteristics even before we start experimenting with layups and space age materials. All of our boards use vertically laminated Paulownia Woodland I-cores from tip to tail and rail to rail, because of it’s consistent energy, response, and durability. You won’t find any notches or irregularities in our wood cores. There is no better alternative.

We use alternating layers of quality-stitched triaxial weave fiberglass sourced from the most well respected supplier in the industry. Triaxial fiberglass is the overwhelming weave of choice because it ensures maximum torsional rigidity from fibers that hit at 0,+ / - 45 . We use a wet lay-up process, done by hand, to achieve exact epoxy saturation on all of our boards.

One of the major differences between our Sandwich Construction vs. traditional compression molded wakeboards, is our use of Gnarwalls. Gnarwalls are like bumpers for your board. We pour high impact resistant rubber urethane into our boards in a way that surrounds each shape. We then machine each Gnarwall with a variable bevel that allows us to engineer grip when you want to charge the wake, or a surfy feel when your riding flat.

This is our standard in core profiling. We use an even core thickness between inserts to create a more abrupt response off the wake. From the outside of the inserts moving towards the tip & tail, we taper to a thinner core profile. This profile creates powerful pop, super soft landings, and a more controlled board response on rail.

Our board designer, Schmidty, created a mix of a 3 stage rocker base with continuous rocker near the edges to create a hybrid of the two. We reduced the flat spot on the base slightly to keep the speed and consistency of a continuous rocker without sacrificing increased upward pop found in 3 stage rockers.

Our specially formulated nylon base surpasses the durability demands of our transient team of rail abusers. It offers grease-like viscosity on rails, a catch free glide behind the boat, and improved graphic clarity.

Designed by a 17 year industry vet and a hell of a model American. Fuck yeah! Think of continuous rocker as a single arc from the bottom of the base extending upward toward the nose and tail. The majority of our boards are manufactured with this type of rocker because of its longstanding consistency of pop, faster speed, and easy accommodation of various riding styles and environments. If you’re looking to throw together a setup and get ripping in any environment, give our Ol’ Pappy’s Continuous Rocker a try. Our focus on providing the ultimate in foam, resin and cloth performance. The most authentic, lightest, time tested, responsive, epoxy surf construction available.

M6 is a worldwide metric standard. More threads and a tighter tolerance creates a stronger interface between your board and bindings resulting in a rattle free feeling out on the water. Each of our 14 inserts have customized heights dictated by core thickness. The universal pattern gets pushed through the core, top to bottom, which yields up to 150% more strength over industry insert standards.

Ride with reckless abandon without breaking the bank. Our team veteran Tino Santori wanted the Plank with a softer flex in the tip and tail for pillaging parks, but stout enough through the mid section to sail through double ups with ease. A flattened base, continuous rocker, and shallow, contoured top give it a consistent, playful, and forgiving feel when riding behind the boat. The Plank is quickly becoming a cult favorite among our band of misfits.

If you’re looking for a wakeboard that knows what’s good for you, look no further than the 2013 Oracle. This year’s Oracle maintains the speedy edge to edge response our riders have grown to love, and an even more predictive pop that gives the board its name. With a thicker mid-section, a double concave base, and a flattened tip and tail; the Oracle is built to attack any situation in big wake and park environments. If you’re looking to change your course of riding history from the traditional compression molded wakeboards, the Oracle is for you.

Pack your parcels, the 1up is primed for your next getaway. Our shaper Kyle Schmidt designed a new blended 3 stage rocker line for added upward pop off the wake. Schmidty’s blended 3 stage isn’t your normal run of the mill rocker. He reduced the flat spot of the 3 stage and transitioned the edges of the board into a continuous arc resulting in a more consistent upward pop vs. other 3 stage rockers. We then added aggressive contours throughout the top for added stiffness and tapered the tip and tail for softer landings when falling from the stratosphere.

Veteran Chris O’ thrashes everything during his never ending summers and he customized this board to handle the punishment. Chamfered variable edges, six Point Seven inch canted fins, and end to end channels are just some of the goodies Chris requested to keep the board tracking aggressively behind the boat. We also formulated our first double belly base feature to maintain glide in the water for big airs and soft landings. Finally, board control is vital in the cable park, so we dialed in a medium flex tip to tail and gave The O’Shea a large continuous rocker to compliment Chris O’s trademark kill-it-all riding style.

The Flux is a well balanced shredding machine. A round nose and square tail flanked by winged edges give this board a floaty feel when cruising, but ultra snappy when getting rowdy behind big boy barrels. Advanced on-rail shaping gives smoother side to side turn transitions over simpler shaped compression molded surfers. We added a large nose rocker and a small amount of tail rocker which harnesses aggression effectively through any size lip.

The Butter Stick may seem like a fat tub-a-lardo, but step foot on one and you’ll find this fatty has the grease to please. Packaged with six fin positions, a grab rail, and the popular biscuit shape, we promise nothing but pure unfiltered fun. Grip it and rip it.

All the comforts you need while taking flight without any of the excess baggage. Flight Foam® is our secret for producing some of the lightest boots on the market. Those barnacle ridden feet of yours will be flying first class.

Smart Toof Technology® is the foundation of our binding program. We simplified stance adjustments and angled the chassis teeth vertically to completely eliminate “loose screw” binding wobbles. This patent pending technology provides the most secure boot to board mounting system to date.

Water logged boots can feel like cement shoes. Tiny holes located in the binding base quickly drain water and keep your feet from smelling like hot garbage. Your significant other will thank us, however, if you do not have a significant other, your “fleshlight” won’t care.

Removing rigid interior sections of the binding base promotes direct feedback from the board to your feet. A quicker board response reduces foot fatigue and extends riding time.

You’re not learning if you’re not crashing. Crash Panels help minimize aches and pains that coincide with hard falls. Our footwear panels stretch at common points of hyper flexion during hard falls, making it easier on the ankles and heels.

by adding a rigid Z structure on the base of the binding, we eliminate boot lift and torsional twisting. Get more leverage on your turns for a quicker side to side response.

Three separate locations of adjustable boot tension allows for customized zones of foot security. Upper and lower lace loops with an optional upper Velcro wrap keep things quick and clean.

Chairs were thrown, hair was pulled, and foreheads were tasered. The stresses of over a year of development certainly took its toll. However, the arduous journey has come full circle and we couldn’t be more proud of our first foray into bindings with the release of the Odyssey. Bindings are equally important as the board itself so we started from scratch. We minimized the chassis for a more direct response between the board and bindings and reinforced common areas of stress with Dupont® glass. Our patent pending Smart Toof Technology® makes for a simple and secure mounting system that far exceeded our pro team’s testing environments. Finally, we decked out the upper with a custom Flight Foam liner and three separate zones of fit adjustments. Welcome aboard.

Our patent pending tool-free handle bar ‘on the fly’ interchange system. Just like feet, everyone has different hand sizes. Just twist, pull, swap, and give your paws the customized royal treatment.

Pull’s standard 85 foot main line. Made with a Poly wrapped custom dyneema weave and molded medallions signifying 5 sections at 5 foot riding length adjustments. Available in blue or White.

The Lenok is our 15” bar and glass filled nylon handle featuring our proprietary ‘clique’ technology. Each stitched Suede grip features padded options for different size bars and patterns.

The scallywag is our neoprene, quarter zip comp vest. It features a dynamic, cross sectional cut that absorbs impacts, creates mobility, and still makes you look cool even if you eat it off the starting dock. *non coast guard approved

During the testing of this vest, no one could see us. We focused on bouyancy, dexterity, and hiding in trees. What’s that mean? Flex panels out the ying yang and slightly more foam thickness over traditional comp vests for high impact situations. *non coast guard approved
