Twenty children will be selected as GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL Cute Kids. Their photos will be published, one per day, on the front page of the Kearney Hub beginning Dec. 1. They will also receive a T-shirt that reads “I’m a GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL Cute Kid!” An entry form must accompany each photo. Send entries to Kearney Hub Cute Kids Contest, P.O. Box 1988, Kearney, NE 68848 or drop off at the Hub office, 13 East 22nd Street. Entry blanks will be published in the Hub, and are available at the Hub office. Children must have been born on or after Jan. 1, 2008. Only one picture per child may be entered and only one child per picture, except in the case of multiple births. Only 4”x 6”, 31/2” x 5” or wallet size photos will be accepted. Photos do not have to be professionally taken. Black and white or good quality color photos will be accepted. Photos not suitable for reproduction will be disqualified. Photo must have been taken within the past 12 months and have child’s name printed on the back. Professional photos stamped with “Do Not Duplicate” will not be accepted. The first 430 photos submitted and suitable for reproduction will be printed in a Special Edition published the week of December 10, 2012. Photos will be available to be claimed at the Hub between Jan. 3 and Feb. 10. All photos not claimed by Feb. 11, 2013 by 5:00 p.m. will be discarded. GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL and the Kearney Hub are not responsible for lost or damaged photos.
