The steady and consistent growth of the OLSH Fund remains the cornerstone, with nearly $173,000 in contributions directed toward OLSH’s unrestricted fund in 2017-2018. 100% of OLSH’s faculty and staff participate in giving to the OLSH Fund. Securing Your legacy by helping others begin theirs The Blessed Angela Society Blessed Mary Angela Truskowska is the foundress of the Felician Sisters. Her deep love and devotion to God and Mary and her selfless love of others inspired other young women to join her as she formed the Felician Sisters in 1855. Her example continues to inspire those who live, work, and study in the many Felician-sponsored ministries around the world. The Blessed Angela Society was established to recognize and honor those who choose to support OLSH through an estate or planned gift, through wills, trusts or life insurance. Planned gifts secure your legacy at OLSH, and help our students as they grow and continue to establish their own legacies. A gift given today that can last a lifetime OLSH Tuition Assistance Fund and Endowment
In many cases, an OLSH education is made possible thanks to the vision and generosity of donors who choose to support tuition assistance. The OLSH Tuition Assistance Fund provides an opportunity for individuals to choose to restrict their donations to scholarships, positively impacting students who have significant financial need. OLSH is also greatly blessed by individuals and families who choose to endow a scholarship in honor or memory of someone important to them. An endowed scholarship gift is a permanent and personal way to make a difference in the lives of OLSH students. A named scholarship reaches endowed status once $25,000 or more has been contributed to the fund. These scholarships will last in perpetuity because only the interest is used to fund the scholarship while the principal continues to grow.

Smart Scholarship Dollars EITC and OSTC
Businesses and individuals in Pennsylvania can redirect their state tax dollars to OLSH. The EITC (Educational Improvement Tax Credit) and OSTC (Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit) programs allow qualified businesses and individuals with the significant benefit of receiving tax credits, while directly funding scholarships for OLSH families. 100% of monies OLSH receives through these tax credit programs is given directly to students who qualify for financial assistance. Where Everybody Wins The Auction for OLSH
The 2018 Auction for OLSH was held from April 8th through April 19th and featured online bidding throughout the duration of the event. At the conclusion of the Auction, guests gathered at Montour Heights Country Club to place final bids and celebrate OLSH and its students. Nearly 500 bids were placed, resulting in $57,151 raised in support of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart High School. The success of the annual Auction for OLSH allows the school to continue to strengthen the programming and other opportunities provided to students and families.
