ABOUT GREG HOLCOMB

Greg Holcomb is a 4th generation Angeleno and 7th generation Californian who grew up exploring all of the neighborhoods, cultural landmarks, shops, restaurants and legendary locations that make Los Angeles such an incredible and unpredictable city. His encyclopedic knowledge of the area makes him a valuable resource for his clients. Quality of care and absolute discretion lay the foundation of Greg’s work ethic. An emphasis on personal integrity and strong client relationships leads to a referral-based business that repeatedly keeps Greg in the top-tier of real-estate advisors both in production and reputation. He has been repeatedly named to Variety’s annual list of Showbiz Real Estate Elite. Greg has a life-long interest in art and architecture and an appreciation of the unique and often overlooked contribution Los Angeles has made in American home design. He is a longtime member of the LA Conservancy and is passionate about the preservation of Los Angeles’ unique architectural history. Greg is also a member and avid supporter of numerous Los Angeles area institutions such as the Huntington Gardens, the preservation of Broadway Theaters, the Pasadena Symphony, the Norton Simon, LA County Museum of Art, local charities and much more.


ABOUT TIM DURKOVIC

Tim Durkovic is a real estate broker known for his innovative style blending art, design and business. An expert in luxury estates and a skillful negotiator, Tim is a powerful advocate on both sides of a real estate transaction. Tim’s background in the arts helps to inform the unique marketing of the Holcomb + Durkovic Group, capturing the essence of a home through stunning photography and video in a modern, editorial style. Born and raised in Guatemala City, Guatemala, Tim moved to the United States when he was 18 and is fluent in both Spanish and English. He has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in piano performance, having studied at the Juilliard School and the University of Southern California. Tim donates a portion of the proceeds of every closed transaction to various local music non-profit organizations, in support of the arts and the community. He has lived and worked not only in the Arcadia/ Pasadena area for over 15 years, but also in Los Feliz and the Hollywood Hills, providing him with first-hand knowledge of the real estate market from Bradbury to Beverly Hills. With his international background, Tim’s clients hail from all over the world, including Asia, Europe and the Middle East. A perennial top-producing agent, Tim has been the #1 agent in Douglas Elliman’s Pasadena office since 2018. For the past three years, he was among the company’s top 10 teams in California and received the Douglas Elliman Pinnacle Award as a top 2% agent nationwide. Tim has been featured on the cover of Top Producer magazine and is a frequent speaker for real estate events.
