In order to avoid bottlenecks, we will gladly book your desired appointment in advance. In case you should not be able to keep your appointment, please let us know in time. Up to 24 hours prior to the appointment you can cancel it free of charge. At short notice (less than 24 hours before the appointment) or non-appearance, we have to charge the full treatment fee. The VistaSpa has been designed as a unique refuge of tranquility, which is maintained in all areas. We therefore ask for your understanding that young people under the age of 16 are not admitted in our VistaSpa. Please do not use mobile phones or computers in our VistaSpa. We recommend to arrive at the VistaSpa reception desk shortly before your appointment in your bathrobe (only Shiatsu is performed in light clothing). There you can enjoy a herbal tea or a fresh juice to get in the right mood for your treatment. Your therapist will welcome you there for your treatment.
