Unicom Operates an inbound and outbound call center in KSA with over 50 agents with ability to scale capacity.

With the latest technologies, multi-language IVR, Call Back option, CATI options, Call quality monitoring etc

Call center agents are trained on all inbound and out bound scenarios and call management system in place

Inbound calls provide service for product related queries, after sales queries, registering and logging service related issues, issue resolution and customer feedback.

Outbound calls are mainly for telemarketing, sales, promotions, conducting research and customer feedback.

With the rapid growth in our distribution and retail, Unicom will open its first service center “ Pro Serve” in Riyadh, and further expand network and collection points into other geographies and countries across MEA.

Pro Serve will be a State-of the- Art service and repair facility and undertake both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs of most models of mobile devices, including for mobile devices sold by third parties.

Pro Serve will enter agreements with OEM’s and Brand Principals to facilitate their repair and service at Pro Serve facilities.

Pro Serve facilities will support Unicom’s growing Micro-distribution as well as Retail customers.
