Radio Hino Motor Sales Australia has become the first vehicle manufacturer in Australia to include DAB+ digital radio as standard equipment across its range of vehicles. All Hino 300, 500 and 700 Series trucks manufactured from September 2011 onwards feature the new Australiandesigned multimedia unit which includes DAB+ as factory-fitted standard equipment.
DAB+ : It’s radio as you know it, plus... Australia’s first double din unit to feature a DAB+ Receiver in-built. Near CD quality radio transmission is now at your fingertips (eastern seaboard cities only at this stage), with the added bonuses of digital only stations and track only radio show information displayed on your screen.
As the DAB+ rollout currently does not cover country areas and other places such as tunnels, the Hino Multimedia Unit includes a traditional AM/FM tuner with 48 presets for hassle-free driving.
SD/USB For all your portable media needs. Capable of supporting USB devices of up to 1Amp current draw (including some portable hard drives). Front SD (doubles as the optional navigation recepticle), front USB/iPod (optional cable) and rear USB/iPod (optional cable).
iPod Plug in your iPod via the optional dedicated lead and Browse and Select all of your folders, including Album, Artist & Song Titles through the 6.1” Touch screen. Music and video all at your fingertips.

Optional Rear View Cameras Protect your vehicle and loved ones as well as your valuable property. When fitted, view the rear, front or side of your vehicle through the 6.1” Digital Widescreen. An optional reverse trigger system can also be fitted.
