EXEMPLARY LEARNERS

Exemplary learners are able to demonstrate and apply knowledge and skills and often do so in a sophisticated manner. Students are able to transfer knowledge and skills to unfamiliar, real-world contexts with initiative and independence.

Accomplished learners consistently demonstrate and apply knowledge and skills in familiar classroom contexts. Students regularly attempt to make connections and transfer skills to unfamiliar contexts.

Progressing learners are able to demonstrate an understanding of most knowledge and skills. Students are able to apply these to familiar classroom contexts with increasing independence.

Developing learners are able to demonstrate some understanding of knowledge and skills. Students require significant support to apply knowledge and skills to familiar classroom contexts.

• I establish priorities and manage my time to complete my work and tasks.
