Students take the first two years* of their bachelor’s degree at Highine College. Together with their adviser, students develop an individual transfer plan with general education and introductory classes within their major.

By following the university transfer pathway, each student can select the university and program that’s right for them. *Depending upon a student’s academic needs, some non-transferable courses may need to be taken and this might lengthen a student’s program.

Our honors program prepares students for the rigorous entry requirements at more selective universities. Services include:

• Scholarship application assistance to 4-year universities • Merit scholarships Participating students have received over $18 million in university scholarship since 2001. Highline students can also receive a Highline merit scholarship for completing the program.

• Complete the international student application form • Recent financial statement • $54 non-refundable application fee • Copy of photo page of passport • Transcript from last school attended in sealed envelope from school (recommended but not required) TOEFL/IELTS Requirements • TOEFL 54/157/480; IELTS 5.0 all bands • No language requirements for placement in our ESL program.
