Common Questions HOW DO I ORDER MY C HRISTMAS CARDS?
Visit our website, www.hellolucky.co.uk. Pick any card. You can upload your own photo, change fonts and colors, and place your order. If you’re in a hurry, approve your proof online and it will go straight to print!
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY CUSTOM C HRISTMAS CARDS?
UK digital and non-customised orders are shipped from our London office. Order digitally printed cards by December 5th to guarantee delivery by December 16th or choose rush delivery (£35) and order by 9th December.* Order letterpress printed cards by November 23rd to guarantee delivery by December 16th.* Customised orders to any mainland UK address are sent via UPS next working day delivery. European orders are sent via UPS on a 2-3 working day delivery. Non-customised orders are sent via 1st class Royal Mail (usually 1 to 2 working days). Orders can also be collected from our London office. (*Additional re-proof requests will add to these timings)
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE IN YOUR CARDS?
Our digitally printed cards are printed on the finest quality 120-lb FSC-certified cardstock for the best photo quality. Our letterpress cards are printed on gorgeous 100% recycled ecru cardstock. All digitally printed products are locally made in London; letterpress products are printed in San Francisco..
