Most Common Causes of Stomach Pain If you have been having a lot of stomach pain and discomfort, you should know that just because it’s in your abdomen, doesn’t automatically mean it has something to do with your stomach. Your abdomen actually has quite a few organs inside of it, so it could essentially be something else than what you are thinking.
