This product helped improve my mother’s high blood pressure, diabetes, poor circulation, and kidney function. The same product helped my child with her asthma.

Fast forward to June 2020, my entire family got infected with Covid-19. Only my mother and child, the two immunocompromised family members, had minimal symptoms.

After seeing such positive results for my family, I knew I had to share my story with others and so began my journey with Atomy. In addition to healthcare supplements, Atomy has natural skincare products that have made me look 10 years younger even though I am 50 years old.

Atomy products are made from natural ingredients that do what they say they are going to do. The beauty products give us the confidence of beautiful skin, the personal care line provides total hair and body care, and the natural toothpaste with propolis provides healthy teeth and gums.

You can also enjoy these amazing products with a free membership; email me at EsmeAtomyATuPuerta @gmail.com for more information. I look forward to hearing from you.

Iam proud to say that I am a selftaught photographer who has been photographing people all over St. Louis and now, right across the bridge in the Riverbend area of Illinois.

Carol Lara Photography produces not only great photos, but also creates an environment where it feels safe to be yourself and empowered. I offer Business Headshots, Portraits for Families, Couples, Maternity, Beauty, Boudoir, Graduates, Elopements and more. I have a studio in Downtown Alton, IL or I can shoot on location. I also work with other talented artists to make the most of each session.

Hair and Makeup services are always available upon request.

I also offer a Digital Photography 101 class for those people who own a digital camera and just really aren’t sure what to do with it. My classes are in person in my Downtown Alton Studio and are 1 on 1 unless you’d like to sign up with a friend.

You can follow me on Facebook and Instagram by searching for Carol Lara Photography.
