As time changes and certain industries struggle with various factors, labor shortages have been and continue to be one of the top struggles in the construction industry. It is such a burden that it’s safe to say every large general contractor has some form of labor outreach program to try and inform today’s youth that a traditional 4 year university is not the only route to success.
