A HIDDEN GEM IN SANUR Mahagiri Villas in Sanur is a hidden gem that is perfect place for those who seek a tranquil place to stay, but not too far from the center of town.
The Villa It took me a while to find this villa. I drove from my place in Seminyak to Sanur, relying on my Google Maps to find Jalan Pungutan. On the Jalan Ngurah Rai By Pass after reaching the Sanur area I should have found a u-turn, but I missed it and found myself already in Padang Galak. So I turned around and went back, driving carefully trying to find Jalan Pungutan. I pulled over to ask some local people, but the first two didn’t have a clue where it was, and finally the third person knew and told me I had missed it. I then had to find the next u-turn and go back once again. It turned out that Jalan Pungutan is just a small road. No wonder I didn’t find it, because before I thought it was a large street at an intersection. At first I was skeptical as I entered the small road that looked like it was going to a local village. Previously I checked their website and the villa looked very luxurious in the photos. Finally I arrived, and from the front yard to the front desk it hadn’t reflected the word ‘luxury’ yet, and not until I was finally
