FLAT

WAVED

A short nose saddle puts the rider in a more planted position, making for greater stability and better weight distribution thanks for a more generous ischial support compared to a traditional saddle. The short length instead allows the rider to sit further forward without placing undue pressure on sensitive tissues.

The advantage of a flat saddle is the ability to easily alter saddle position with moving more forward when leaning more, and moving back when riding more upright. It suits an expert rider looking into changing the pressure pattern throughout the ride. Antares shape is wide and slightly curved in profile which is ideal for riders with medium body flexibility and low pelvic rotation whilst pedalling.Antares is the lightest and fastest and most desirable saddles made for the greatest cyclists in the world.

Riders that lack upper body strenght tend to sit far back. The raised rear part of these saddles, that slopes down towards the middle give support and bring the rider forward. So it works for people that dump their weight by correcting the position.

Handmande construction for optimal power transfer, combined with a resilient cushioning for even distribution of body weight.

Ergonomic cutout, developed using detailed pressure analysis and input from medical experts, that reliefs pressure on soft tissue area. Found on all Argo saddles and Arione, Antares and Aliante Open saddles.

A full channel design engineered to relief pressure, providing a versatile riding experience. Found on all Versus Evo saddles.

S-ALLOY

A nose less saddle, is a saddle shape where the most part of the nose is missing. The shape design is ideal to improve the aerodynamic position required by triathletes and timetrialist, encouraging stability, weight distribution and efficiency, without placing unwanted pressure on sensitive tissues.

Rather than a conventional solid or tubular rail, fizik’s rails use an outer sleeve of braided carbon fibers forming a tube, with the void inside being filled by unidirectional carbon fibers. This construction is strong, light and stiff.

Kium is a combination of a particular metal alloy, a specific tubular design and a special finishing process which increases fatigue performance on the rail surface. This delivers 8% weight reduction compared to solid titanium providing a high strengthto-weight ratio grade and high corrosion resistance.

This specific metal alloy is a proprietary blend of iron, carbon (0.2%) and other minerals, like chrome and molybdenum. The low content of carbon combined with a specific finishing treatment, results in a strong and high corrosion resistant rail system.

ADAPTIVE

The evolution of digital 3D printing allowed us to develop a new saddle without the constraints or limitations imposed by traditional production methods and materials. Adaptive defines the dawn of a new era for performance cycling saddles, offering for the first time seamlessly engineered zonal cushioning for every rider.

The Adaptive saddle padding is crafted by Carbon using its revolutionary Digital Light Synthesis® technology.

DLS is an additive manufacturing process which uses digital ultraviolet light projection, oxygen permeable optics, and programmable liquid resins to produce parts with excellent mechanical properties, resolution and surface finish.

As the endurance riding option, Tempo Argo has been engineered to deliver a riding feel that suits the balanced geometry of today’s all-purpose road machines.

As the gravel-specific option, the Terra Argo has been engineered with a compliant shell to offer a certain degree of flexibility. This controlled elasticity absorbs road chatter and vibrations, delivering the comfort needed for long distance riding over unpaved roads.

The padding is slightly thicker around the ischial sit bones area to support a more upright riding posture, providing more longdistance comfort.

Ripstop is an hardwearing woven fabric with high tearing and ripping resistance.

The Dynamic Arch Support 2.0 is a fully integrated feature of the new carbon outsole, that wraps around the plantar arch, and is adjusted for fit with its own Boa dial. With a fully integrated construction that extends from the bottom of the outsole to the upper, Dynamic Arch Support 2.0 corrects and tailor the fit adapting to the individual’s anatomy and shape of the underside of the foot.

Is an innovative Velcro closure designed for an enveloping fit. While most Velcro closures simply pull together two sides of the shoe’s upper, in this configuration a ribbon wraps around the foot, enabling ultimate comfort and containment using just two straps.

Infinito balances out the tensioning and further eliminates pressure hot spots by using textile webbing in place of plastic lace guides. This closure system acts on a larger area of the shoe’s upper, pulling the eyestays inwards consistently from all directions for a more supportive and comfortable fit.

The Ergolace pattern cradles the foot, securing the fit with an ergonomic lace-up closure.

Overcurve is a shoe construction featuring a staggered collar that wraps around the ankle, tracing the natural misalignment of the ankle’s two bony protrusions: the lateral and medial malleoli. The result is an asymmetrical shape, with the throat of the shoe curving over the foot from its outside to its inner side.

Allows a differentiated fit adjustment for the instep and forefoot areas – the shape and volume of which can vary widely between riders. By controlling two separate closures (BOA dials, velcros or a combination of the two), cyclists can fine-tune shoe fit to their unique foot shape for customized comfort and support.

Synthetic leather-like upper material that is supple yet strong and durable for a comfortable and consistent fit.

KNIT

Uppers created using electronic knitting machines which accurately link loops of yarn on needles and can seamlessly change the yarn direction of the fabric to create different stitching patterns. This process produces distinct functional zones, with engineered performance in key areas, such as vents and mesh openings for enhanced breathability.

AEROWEAVE

It’s an advanced woven fabric that interlaces lightweight nylon fibers with filaments of thermoplastic polymer. This blend of threads creates a material with an open, net-like pattern that is extremely airy, yet highly resistant and resilient. Aeroweave is a malleable material, and moves to effectively cradle the foot, but its tenacity delivers the support and containment required for a high performance racing shoe.

Performance-oriented precision fit. Both downhill and enduro racing stand out for their short, intense and powerful pedal strokes, whether sprinting out of the start gate or approaching the finish line. Providing proper foot tension and fit is essential to effectively transfer every useful watt of power generated. To avoid wasting watts, we leveraged our decades of design experience and knowledge in creating properly fitting cycling shoes. For the Tensor, we developed an ergonomic laceup pattern that cradles the foot and spreads tension evenly throughout the pedal stroke. A Powerstrap over the instep secures the fit, stabilizing the plantar arch and locking the heel in place while also keeping laces in check.

The GRAVITA TENSOR is a solid, lightweight, form-fitting gravity mountain bike shoe that is ready to race.
