Wet ground holds memories of the present. A kid playing in the puddle, a couple stepping over it. A wet floor holds meaning and value of the present. When you notice you step on wet floor, it matters more, it stands out to you, and lingers in your head for a little while longer, just like a memory of the present. Dry floors hold memories of the past. Things that seemed to have mattered in that present time have just disappeared. When you step on dry floor, you think nothing of it, but the memories of the past are always lingering and while you think of present memories more, just know that in the end, water dries, and it becomes dry floor again.

Cracked floor

The floor is cracked, and I am not able to stand anymore.

Footprints

There is someone else, a stranger that follows me and lingers behind me. But today I saw his footprints in-front of me, I do not think he wants to be friends with me anymore and I ended up being the stranger, walking behind them.

Great

I am great I said while falling into the grate.

Every time we look down, we think there is nothing there, but there is always something there that supports us, guides us, and holds us no matter what. The floor provides so many intricate, unique patterns that we never appreciate. The floor holds memories from the past and holds people to the present, different generations walking on the same thing that has never been appreciated. The floor gives us support and holds us when we are down. The silent beauty of the floor serves as a reminder to appreciate the things around us, or under us, even though their the simplest and most common attributes.

Look up and notice something you've never paid attention to before – an abundance of mysterious blue objects dangling from the branches. Are they blueberries? Who knows?

But they're adorable, aren't they? Take a moment to appreciate their cuteness and marvel at the wonders of nature's quirkiness Now, shift your gaze to a single red leaf that stands out among the green leaves. It's like nature's little fashion statement, proudly displaying its vibrant hue. Isn't it amusing how a single leaf can grab your attention and bring a smile to your face? As you continue to observe, you realise that you've been missing out on this delightful scenery all along. How often do we forget to look up and notice the small,

beautiful things that surround us in our daily lives? We get caught up in our routines and fail to appreciate the overlooked wonders that bring joy and beauty to our world.

Let this realisation be a gentle reminder to find beauty in the ignored, to seek out the little details that often go unnoticed. Perhaps it's the intricate patterns on a butterfly's wing, the delicate sound of raindrops on the windowpane, or the infectious laughter of a child at play

These are the moments that add colour and magic to our lives, and they're waiting to be rediscovered if only we take the time to look up and appreciate the beauty in the ignored.

We tend to be unappreciative and fail to notice how grateful we should be. It’s always the small things in life that make you feel truly blessed. So I captured this and I remember it was a Saturday night when I would normally be busy, and I got to relax and enjoy some time to appreciate these mini parts of life.
