Angelica Hurtado is a Senior IT Project Manager at ING, who leads complex IT projects to enhance enterprise-wide applications while driving improvements in quality. She has spent 13 years in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma.
Beatriz Medina Pratt is an Operations Program Manager at Cisco Systems, a global leader in information technology. Ms. Medina Pratt is responsible for managing operations & leading program communications for the corporate quality organization.
Ms. Hurtado is also an active participant in various philanthropic efforts in the Atlanta community. She served as the Chair of the ING Latino Employee Resource group from 2009 to 2011 and was the Director of Events for the Atlanta chapter of ALPFA.
As Co-President of Conexion, Cisco’s Latino Employee Resource Organization (ERO), she manages the strategic direction of a global 950-member team. Under her leadership, Conexion has been recognized by Latino Magazine, LatinaStyle and other organizations for their programs aimed at encouraging students to pursue careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Last year, more than 1,500 Latino students benefitted from these innovative programs. Ms. Medina Pratt is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and received her B.S. in Human Services from California State University Fullerton.
