HOW TO REGISTER Online registration for all 2018 Summer Camp Programs opens on February 1st at 7:00 a.m.! The Customer Care Team will be available to help you from 7 a.m.–7 p.m. on opening day.

➊ Choose your program online at www.gshpa.org Tips: Plan for approximately one hour per camper to register • Gather health records in advance (immunization and medication)

➋ Click “Register Now” to create your Camp Brain profile. (You only have to do this once!)

➌ Follow the registration process in Camp Brain. ➍ Pay a $50 nonrefundable deposit and select your preferred payment schedule. The Week-Long Horse Program requires a $100 nonrefundable deposit.

➎ Complete the online forms. If you complete everything you will receive a fast pass for check-in.

➏ Check your email (junk mail, too) for confirmation of your registration.

10% Discount! Want to attend more than one session? GSHPA offers a 10% discount on registration for each Girl Scout on each additional session, up to $40. Register for all sessions and then contact us at customercare@gshpa.org to have the discount applied to the balance due. 5


FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE Financial Assistance Opens February 1, 2018! Income should not determine whether a girl can experience the magic of camp. Any girl can apply for financial assistance to help cover the cost of camp. Be aware that financial assistance is a finite resource. Not every girl will qualify; qualified candidates are not guaranteed to receive 100% camp cost coverage. Financial Assistance applicants are required to pay the camp deposit (Don’t forget about Go Dough) and complete the Summer Camp application process. If the financial assistance application is not approved, the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is required.
