 Remind Troop Co-Leaders that Girls must have their Girl Scout Gold Award Project Proposals submitted and approved by the Gold Award Committee by October 10, 2019 of their graduating year. Girls who graduate early must have their Project Proposal submitted and approved 1 year before their 18th birthday. Graduating High School Seniors have until September 30 of their graduating year, even if they are 18 years old, to have their Girl Scout Gold Award Projects completed. Girls who graduate early (whether at 16 or 17 years old) have until their 18th birthday to have their project completed and approved by the Gold Award Committee.

 Remind Co-Leaders Troop Leaders that Final Reports for Girl Scout Silver Awards are due on Sept. 30 of a girl’s last year as a Girl Scout Cadette.

Girls who graduate early must have their Project Proposal submitted and approved 1 year before their 18th birthday. Graduating High School Seniors have until September 30 of their graduating year, even if they are 18 years old, to have their Girl Scout Gold Award Projects completed. Girls who graduate early (whether at 16 or 17 years old) have until their 18th birthday to have their project completed and approved by the Gold Award Committee.  Remind Troop Co-Leaders that Girls who want to work on their Girl Scout Gold Award will have a pre-requisite of attending a Gold Award Lock-In prior to submitting a request for a mentor and starting their project.  June 9: Girl Scout Gold Award Proposal/Final Paperwork due in interviewing at July 9 Gold Award Committee meeting
