Forever shrouded from curious eyes by a veil of mist, it is a land where for aeons time has stood still, where the once great edifices of long lost civilizations now lie in ruins and where savage prehist oric beasts still roam, feeding on each other for their survival. In March 2011, the ILMC is launching its 23rd major expedition – a voyage of discovery to explore and chart this realm beyond the imagination. You are invited to join some 1,000 of the most celebrated and intrepid adventurers on the planet who have been hand-picked for this perilous undertaking. Undiscovered Species? Many years ago, when the ILMC was but a smallish affair, meeting people was easy: you simply nudged the person next to you or across the table and said hello. But as the conference has grown, people found it harder and harder to meet, so the ILMC Networking Scheme was introduced. Members of the scheme are issued a code to access a password-protected section of the ILMC 23 website where they can find the contact details of other members that have signed up for the scheme. To take part, please tick the relevant box when registering or contact registration@ilmc.com. Unless you ask us not to, certain details about every registered delegate will be listed on the ILMC website (name, company, country and sector) but the networking scheme is the only way for delegates to access each others’ contact details in advance. As usual, delegates’ details will be printed in the Globetrotters Guide, which delegates will receive on arrival at the conference. Perils and Pitfalls

NO final reservations can be made on your behalf (for the conference and/or particular events) until payment has been received. The ILMC is an invitation-only event. ALL new delegates must be nominated by two existing ILMC delegates that have attended on more than one occasion. Invoices and GTG entries will contain the company name that appears on the Registration Form. No changes will be made. Conference passes can display an alternative company name and these should be indicated on the online registration form in the section entitled ‘Conference Pass’. Visas are the responsibility of the attending delegates and letters of invitation are not issued by the ILMC. CONFERENCE PASSES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES whilst in the Royal Garden Hotel, throughout the ILMC weekend (Friday to Sunday). The organisers reserve the right to charge the full registration fee for the replacement of lost or misplaced conference passes. The ILMC takes no responsibility for the fulfilment of gifts or prizes offered by third parties during the conference. If you would like to register by post, please contact registration@ilmc.com.
