THE STORYLINE Lamar Patterson is a physical perimeter player who has a high skill level, can shoot, pass and has stellar court vision. He saw action in 10 games last year off the bench at small forward before severely spraining his right ankle. He has an NBA caliber body, good size and is a pure shooter who can handle the ball. He runs the floor well and can create off the dribble. A strong, versatile wing player with a talented handle, long arms and explosiveness, Patterson is also a solid defender.
