wholesale Terms and conditions Minimum Order: • Our minimum opening order is $250 (aprox. 10-12 SKUs) of both knitwear and jewelry. • A $200 minimum will be applied to orders consisting of only Alpaca knitwear. • A $150 minimum will be applied to orders consisting of only jewelry.
Shipping: All orders are shipped from our Chicago, IL warehouse. We work hard to keep our shipping costs low, and will quote multiple carriers to ensure lowest possible prices. We ship using USPS, FEDEX, or DHL (international orders). Prices are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Cost of shipping is billed at time of ship.
Wholesale orders can be submitted online (with a wholesale account), or via email, fax or phone. ALL FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO PREPAY WITH CREDIT CARD. Net 15 or Net 30 terms may be requested after first re-order at the discretion of GREENOLA Style. We accept all major credit cards and checks. Checks should be made out to GREENOLA Style.
Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you feel the need to return any of our products, all products must be returned within 15 days in their original condition with product tags and without retail stickers. For returns related to damage, we must be contacted within 15 days.
