Several other facilities in the area and some hosted by Shaw Air Force Base hosts several facilities that offer courses each semester for those who have work or family duties that require a less traditional schedule. St. Leo University, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Webster University and Troy State offer a variety of educational programs from undergraduate to Masters Level programming. While every institution has its own goals and ideas about the future, a proper education isn’t complete with the support and input of the community. Each organization welcomes and encourages residents to attend school functions, board meeting and events that help to better the schools, and in turn, better the future for our community.
