We help you as a technical advisor before and after the transaction. We perform supervision of interests and quality assurance in the construction projects, commissioning phases and during the warranty period.

As it is fast and easy to implement, Granlund Manager has been able to help customers save up to 30% of a building’s energy costs within just 3 months of implementation. Used by thousands of end-user organisations in over 30 countries, Granlund Manager is a cloud-based application (SaaS) that meets the highest standard of privacy and security in order to comply with customer and local legislation requirements. For customer groups with very sensitive and critical information, Granlund Manager can also be locally installed at customers’ premises.
