½ mango - chopped 1 tsp fresh ginger - grated 1 cup milk

Lime wedges 1/4 cup tequila 1/4 cup orange liqueur 1/2 cup cracked ice cubes Sea salt 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

A

Rub the rims of 2 tumblers with a lime wedge and then dip the rims in a dish of sea salt. In a shaker, combine the lime juice, tequila and orange liqueur.

Add ice and shake for about 15-20 seconds. Strain into prepared glass.
