FOLLOWING THE RED FLASH On the Air Saint Francis basketball has enjoyed a loyal fan following through the careers Jess Zinobile, Beth Swink, Britney Hodges and Samantha Leach. Red Flash fans have not only turned out at the Stokes Center and at away venues but have also listened to the team’s games over the airwaves. The Voice of the Red Flash, Joe Vesnesky, will call all the action on www.SFUathletics. com and The Edge [WWGE-AM 1400 (Loretto) & WKGE-AM 850 (Johnstown)] which serves as the University’s flagship station. Vesnesky, who has been calling the action for Saint Francis basketball for the past 32 seasons, will provide play-by-play for all home games and select road contests. Vesnesky will be joined by color commentator Bernie Jubeck, who enters his ninth season.
