BEFORE PENN STATE At State College under the direction of Kevin Morooney, she helped lead the Little Lions to four district championships, earning spots in the PIAA Sweet Sixteen (2008), PIAA semifinals (2009) and PIAA quarterfinals (2010-11)...During her four years as a letterwinner, her team lost a total of just 14 games. CLUB EXPERIENCE Played for the Central Penn United Spartans, who were previously coached by former PSU goalkeeper Alison Weimer, former Nittany Lion assistant Michael Coll, as well as former goalkeeper coach Marial Wilner...Helped lead the Spartans to the State semifinals in 2009. PERSONAL Megan Elizabeth Ritchey was born November 9, 1993 in Buffalo, N.Y. to Mark and Kathleen Ritchey...Has a brother and a sister, Matthew and Katie...Intends to major in psychology...Hopes to get into teaching after graduating.
