James English heads into the 2013-14 ready for a sixth year of wrestling at Penn State, having received a medical hard-ship waiver from the NCAA after missing two full seasons with an injury. English was vital in Penn State’s championship run last year and will be again, battling for the spot at 149 after his most successful year in ‘12-13.
