CALL FOR GOVERNING BOARD MEMBERS OF GO GREEN SKOPJE The citizen organization for sustainable development and environmental protection – Go Green Skopje opens a public call for governing Board members. According to the statute of the organization, the governing Board has the following rights and responsibilities:
GOVERNING BOARD Article 15 The governing Board is the leadership body of the organization. The Assembly elects the members of the governing Board on their meetings. The governing Board is composed of a minimum five members. Foreigners have the right to be members of the governing Board. The mandate of the governing Board members is two years with right for re-election. Article 16 The governing Board has the following rights and responsibilities: Prepares the meetings of the Assembly, Prepares suggestions to the Assembly, Implements the decisions and the conclusions of the Assembly, Prepares action plans, annual financial report and other reports for the needs of the Assembly, Proposes a financial plan and financial statement for the organization, Appoints an executive director, In coordination with the executive director, appoints team leaders and program coordinators, Decides on organizing conferences, seminars and other organizational activities, Approves exceptional changes of the Statute, verified on an extraordinary Assembly or by the latest at the next annual Assembly of the organization, Implements the policy, the conclusions and the decisions of the Assembly, Decides on awards, recognitions and appreciations, The Assembly monitors the work of the governing Board through the formed bodies for that purpose or on the annual Assemblies, Every member of the governing Board can call a governing Board meeting, The president or appointed member of the governing Board leads the Board meetings, The governing Board has a minimum of one meeting every three months, The decisions of the governing Board are valid with the presence of 2/3 of the total number of Board members, Adopts decisions with the votes of 2/3 of the present members on the meeting, In case of physical absence of Board member, the meetings can be held by internet conference call, At every Board meeting, the Board specifies one member who is taking down notes, Directs and adapts to the assets and resources of the organization, The governing Board defers to the Assembly for all the responsibilities according to the Statute and other organizational rules; In order to apply for the position of Board member, you need to send your CV and motivational letter to info@bidizelen.org and marko@bidizelen.org by March 16th, 2015 with the subject:
