ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. (AP) - Andrew Nicholson led four St. Bonaventure players in double figures with 14 points and the Bonnies defeated Richmond 62-47. The Bonnies (12-7, 5-2 Atlantic 10 Conference) held Richmond (12-10, 3-4) to just 26.5 percent shooting (13 of 49) and its lowest point total in almost four years. Richmond, which was coming off a 102-58 win over Fordham on Wednesday, last scored as few as 47 in a 61-47 loss to Saint Joseph’s on March 13, 2008. Against Fordham, Richmond made 16 3-pointers, and was held to just 6 of 22 on Saturday. Charlon Kloof and Chris Johnson added 11 points each and Demitrius Conger chipped in 10 for St. Bonaventure. The Bonnies shot 52 percent in the first half (13 of 25) and led 34-27 at halftime. Kendall Anthony was Richmond’s only doublefigure scorer with 21 points on 7-of-12 shooting. LOUIS (AP) - Kwamain Mitchell scored 22 points, leading five Saint Louis players in double figures, and the Billikens reached their highest point total of the season in an 86-62 win over St. Bonaventure. Brian Conklin had 19 points, Mike McCall Jr. scored 15 points, Jordair Jett scored 13 and Dwayne Evans had 10 points and 11 rebounds for Saint Louis (17-5, 5-3). Demitrius Conger scored 13 points to lead the Bonnies (12-8, 5-3). He had 11 in the first half when St. Bonaventure led 36-34. The Bonnies shot 51 percent in the game, but the Billikens, who shot 52 percent, had eight more field goals in the second half.

ST BONAVENTURE, N.Y. (AP) - Andrew Nicholson scored 21 points and grabbed 23 rebounds to lead St. Bonaventure over Duquesne 69-48 on Saturday. It was the first 20-20 game for St. Bonaventure since Bob Lanier achieved the feat with 34 points and 27 rebounds against Loyola, Md. On Dec. 22, 1967. Nicholson, who grabbed more than 20 for the first time in his career, joined Lanier, Glen Price and Essie Hollis with 20 or more rebounds in a game for the Bonnies. St. Bonaventure outrebounded Duquesne 48-26 overall and 21-6 on the offensive glass, leading to 22 second-chance points. Chris Johnson scored 15 points and Eric Mosley added 12 for the Bonnies. St. Bonaventure held Duquesne to 7 of 25 from the field in the second half, outscoring the Dukes 29-18 in the final 20 minutes. Mike Talley scored 12 points to lead the Dukes (14-10, 5-5).
