JASON SPRAY Jason Spray has climbed the ladder of success rapidly since his collegiate playing career at Middle Tennessee and he continues to exemplify the tremendous work ethic that made him a decorated gridiron standout for the Blue Raiders. Spray enters his third season as head men’s basketball Strength and Conditioning Coach at Middle Tennessee and already is turning in impressive results where head coach Kermit Davis is concerned. Davis says Spray has made a difference in the make-up of the Blue Raider squad. “Jason has done a fabulous job of developing, just from a physical standpoint, the players in our program,” Davis said. “Jason has the players looking forward to coming into the weight room. He has done a great job from the nutritional standpoint of it, not just lifting. Guys who are supposed to be losing body fat are, guys that are supposed to be gaining are. Jason is a young guy but he is passionate and he’s into their personal
