Track installation Based on 1meter lengths (vehicle dependant).


Unwin Track supply & installation: (low profile option). This option is designed to recess into the vehicles floor. The floor is required to be at least 18mm min depth for the best solution the floor should have a 6mm ply floor with a 12mm ply floor over the top all ribs should be packed to support the track to stop it from twisting during installation. This track can be used to secure wheelchair restraints, tie downs or seat fitting for a quick release or bolted solution. Guide price supplied and installed is dependent on the vehicle some vehicles will require heat shields, fuel tanks exhaust systems, plastic covers etc to be removed prior to any works being carried out. Cost can only be determined on specification required.

Unwin Track supply & installation (surface mounted option): This option is as per the recessed product and can be installed easier but the vehicle ribs may require packing to give additional support. This is a more cost effective solution to installing track within a vehicle but the track is surface mounted and not always as aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It is also used on the occasions were a recessed track is not an option. Guide price is dependent on specification.


T-bolt recessed Track supply & installation: The T bolt recessed track is designed to accommodate fixings that require moving i.e. bolted solutions to tie down equipment, seating etc. Installation is as per the standard Unwin recessed track but is not design to accommodate a skate/Lockable fixtures or wheelchair restraints most commonly used in wheelchair accessible vehicles The most common purpose this is used for is to secure a seat in place bolted to the track still enabling the user the ability to remove to seat if required with a socket or spanner. Or alternatively the t-Bolts can be incorporated with straps to secure items with the vehicle. Guide price is dependent on specification.

Innotrax floor systems: A bonded floor system designed and cut to a vehicles floor plan, Tracking is built into this floor for use with seating and wheelchair equipment plus tie down points etc. Guide price ÂŁ2000.00 / ÂŁ3000.00 + vat


Smart floor:

Consisting of strong, lightweight, interlocking aluminium alloy sections, Smart floor is bonded into the vehicle, providing a strong and stable floor. Smartfloor meets EEC 76/115 for M1 removable seats in the leading manufacturer’s' vehicles. Customised to individual requirements, Smartfloor provides total layout flexibility for securing removable seats and wheelchairs, allowing numerous arrangements of seats / wheelchairs to be accommodated. Smartfloor accepts Koller Low Profile rail, ensuring that all compatible Koller products can be used in the floor. A major benefit of Smartfloor is that as Koller Low Profile Rail is simply bolted to the top of Smartfloor, any Low Profile rail that should inadvertently become damaged can simply be replaced and full use of the floor restored.

Rear seat conversions: M1 (Please note not all manufacturers’ fabrics are available it is advisable that this is checked in all circumstances).


These options are based on a Standard Gemini M1 Seat with width measurements of 400mm, 425mm & 450mm wide This is purely a guide to costing M1 seat installations fabrics and seat types, manufacturers can affect costing’s.

If more than one seat is to be installed at a time then costs will vary as installation time will differ with each specification. I.E if bolting 3 seats rather than one then the installation time on the other 2 seats will be less resulting in a more cost effective solution.

Single M1 Seat Installed: (Bolted option). With open or trimmed headrest up to 450mm wide with integral belt (Bolted based on T5 installation). (Matching Fabric). Single M1 seat (bolted but removable option). As per previous setup but the seat bolts can be removed from inside the vehicle via a ratchet or spanner. Total Cost per seat installed: £

Single M1 seat (T-bolt Option). With open or trimmed headrest up to 450mm wide with integral belt situated within side load door region positioned upon T-bolt Track. Track lengths x 2 approximately 3ft each. (Based on T5 installation) (Matching fabric) This system will allow the user to unbolt the seat from the track reposition or if required turn around to face the opposite direction. (Vehicle dependant). A spanner or ratchet is required to utilise this system. Total cost per seat installed £

Single M1 seat. (Surface track with lockable fixtures) With open or trimmed headrest up to 450mm wide with integral belt situated within the side load door region positioned upon surface unwin track with quick release lockable fixtures. Track lengths x 2 approximately 3ft (Based on T5 installation) (Matching fabric). This system is design for most standard floors within vehicles I.e. ply lining, weezer deck etc. and as a quick release and adjustable option keeping costs down. Total cost per seat installed £

Single M1 seat (Recessed track with lockable fixtures). Single M1 seat with open or trimmed headrest up to 450mm wide with integral belt situated within the side load door region positioned upon recessed track (floor dependant) please discuss flooring options prior to using this track. 2 x quick release lockable fixtures 2 lengths of track 3ft approximately


(Based on T5 installation) (Matching Fabric). In most cases with this system the floor will require raising alternately the floor need to be firm enough to support the recessed track once cut. An example of a mat not to cut into is the factory Volkswagen rubber load liner the mat is extremely durable but also soft, so once the tracks have been sunk into this the mat is prone to pull away from the edges whist in use. Manufacturers seating: GM has a range of manufacturers seating available, this is always subject to change but it is always worth checking with Mike to see what we have to clear.

Peugeot Expert rear seats: Twin and single (European setup). There are 2 options available for this seat solution the standard tip option and the leisure tip n fold option. The tip n fold option is more costly and not as readily available. The European setup means that the twin and single seats are the opposite way around The single would be positioned behind the driver’s front seat and the twin next to the side load door. The vehicle that’s this system has been installed into so far are: The Ford Transit, Renault Trafic ,Vw transporter plus the Fiat Scudo , the Citroen Dispatch , and the Peugeot expert. The Floor fixtures sit raised from the vehicles floor and are designed to sink into the factory Load liner, please beare this in mind when installing into any vehicle.


Some clients will be bothered about the finish and some will purely want a solution to a problem. There are 2 outer pillar belts that will require installation with this product. Guide Cost Supplied and installed £650.00 – £1000.00 + vat based on a standard install

Single Front Peugeot Expert, Citroen Dispatch, & Fiat Scudo seats: Peugeot Expert front twin and single seats are available in short supply this can be used as a solution for when a client has a single front passenger seat in either a Citroen dispatch , Fiat Scudo ,or Peugeot expert. It is advisable to check the vehicles year of manufacture as this vehicle has been face lifted many times over the years. Bear in mind that the fabrics will differ within these vehicles and these seats are unable to be re-trimmed easily as the fabric is glued to the foam. Guide Cost supplied and installed £

Vw Transporter Rear seats: Kombi Setup: This design consists of a twin and single rear seat setup and is available in manufacturers Trim to suit the front seats. Availability on this product can be subject to change and it is advisable to discuss this with suppliers prior to costing’s. 2 outer pillar belts require installation with this product plus 8 floor mounted fixtures. Installation on a transporter T5 can take about 15hours due the level of work involved. These seats Tip and fold plus can be removed from the vehicle.


The single or Twin can be left in at any time. Guide price installed £1500.00 - £2000.00 + vat These seats have been installed into a Renault Trafic on previous occasions also.

Manufacturers Triple Shuttle Bench Seat: This seat is from the far rear of the Vw T5 Shuttle it utilises 4 floor fixtures with 2 outer belts. The seat operates in a similar way to the Kombi. I.e. The seat Tips and folds but also can be removed. Manufacturer’s fabrics are available but again it is advisable to check availability. This seat can be installed over the rear wheel-arches of the Transporter T5 but also the side load door area. Guide Price installed £1500.00 - £2000.00 + vat


Caravelle seating: The Vw Caravelle Seating is available in short supply which means lead times on these products can vary as much as 3 months depending on requirements. The solutions available are as follows: Captain’s chairs: (Half-track solution)-(Full track solution). These can be installed in a variety of vehicles on a half-track genuine system. The Caravelle track in most cases is positioned across the side load door area. There are 4 lengths of track approximately 3ft long These are also raised from the vehicles original floor with a depth of 24mm the floor will require work to finish this install. If retro fitting into a Vw transporter then GM may be able to offer the original cut floor section to go along with the tracks. Beare in mind that the genuine floor is designed for a twin side load door vehicle. This is not always a problem but the client needs to be advised of this. There is also a Vw genuine table available for this solution which stows between the front seats this can be supplied as an option for this system. This system has been retro fitted into: Ford Transits, Renault Trafics, Renault masters, Peugeot boxers etc




Caravelle Half-track or Full track with Triple bench. This system consists of the half-track system listed above but comes complete with a triple bench seat positioned across the side load door area. The seat is generally finished in Black leather with Alcantara inserts. The lead time for none of these seats is approximately 2/3 months. The flooring has the same scenario as the half captains solution so beare this in mind. The seat requires a minimum of 2 people to remove it from the vehicle. It has the ability to fold open into a small bed and can be combined with the full length track if required. Again the full length track will require the floor to be raised to suit. Guide cost for half-track install (no flooring solution) with triple bench. £ Guide Cost for half-track complete with original T5 half carpet section ideally designed for a transporter T5 with twin side load door but can be installed into a single side load door transporter. £ Guide cost for full length track solution with triple bench (no floor solution) £ Guide Cost for triple bench with full length track and complete floor build finished in either Carpet or Lino to finish. £ As of yet this system has been retro fitted into vehicles such as the ford transit, the Mk1 Mercedes Vito, Mercedes sprinter Renault Trafic.


Volkswagen transporter twin front seat: This is available in manufacturer’s cloths the newer the vehicle is the easier it will be to match existing interiors. This can used when the client is looking to replace the front single passenger seat with a twin option. Guide price installed £250.00 + vat The client may look to swap a twin for a single if this is the case installation can be covered by the value of the single seat.

Vw Transporter Single front captain’s chair: This genuine front captain’s seat is available in many different options and one of the hardest seats to track down. Guide costs for this seat can range from £1200.00 - £2000.00 + vat

Berlingo/partner Seating solution or medium van sized vehicles. The Berlingo/Partner seating solution consists of 3 genuine rear Berlingo seats. GM has now introduced an in house manufactured seat base to integrate in to a Standard panel van. This will allow the seats to act as per the manufacturer’s factory model. The conversion includes the rear foot well cut out and carpet finished


New belts fixtures with full installation + replacement reel cover for the front centre seat belt which in the Berlingo or partner with 3 front seats the center belt is located in the middle of the floor behind the front seats. The driver’s ladder bulk head must be left in place due to the guide for the center belt. The seating conversion has the ability to be retro fitted into such vehicles as:

Rescroft Defender 3 M1/M2/M3

Nevis M2/M3

Nevis complements, aesthetically and technically, Rescroft’s Defender range. The higher backrest creates an even more comfortable product. Nevis offers the highest level of passenger safety and is compliant up to M1 standards. In M2/M3 vehicles, it is available as single, double and treble units: for M1 vehicles, as singles and doubles.(5) For maximum comfort, the belt exits at shoulder level, from the front of the seat, whilst the extra height eliminates the need for separate headrests. Accent 11 M1

Winga-based, fold-up seat to match Rescroft's popular semi-high back Defender and high back Nevis. Accent II was originally developed and marketed as Defender Access and met the 1998 regulatory requirement for rear-facing seating to at least meet M3 specifications. A 2005 styling redesign and rebranding to Defender Accent brought the seat's appearance into line with the rest of Defender range. This latest Accent II has a strengthened frame that brings the seat up to the toughest M1 standard.

Defender Access: M2/M3

In 1998, an amendment to UK regulations required that rear-facing seating should be tested to the minimum loading for M3 category vehicles. Defender Access has, in fact, been tested, forward-facing, to the M2 loading. This enables vehicle builders to fit this seat, rear-facing, into any M-category vehicle, or forward-facing into M2 and M3 vehicles.

Manufactured for wheelchair accessible vehicles, the Blenheim Optimax has been designed to maximise gangway width and wheelchair access. It has a very simple mechanism for attendant / passenger operation, the seat does not need gas struts or mechanical devices to stow or fix in position. It has a 'Positive Fix' latch that once the seat is locked, eliminates most rattles and lateral movement often found in this type of seating. This cuts down on audible noise inside the vehicle while in transit. The belt reel mechanism is integral within the seat back. This design stops belt damage and tangle from seat movement caused by mounting the belt on a separate 'B' pillar. This is the only seat of it type to offer an 'All Ages' belt option. Can also fit dual belts. Removable seat covers and retro-fit accessories are also a feature. The style compliments the current Phoenix Seating Blenheim Range.

Blenheim Isofix:


Following significant investment in manufacturing and testing, we are proud to introduce the ISOFIX seat. This new variant has been tested at Millbrook to meet static regulation ISO 13216-1 and dynamically tested to permissible conditions of ECE R44-03 specific vehicle approval. ISOFIX can be fitted to the Blenheim (pictured), Scholar and Balmoral Ranges. We have designed the seat in conjunction with Britax and the system complements the Britax Duo ISOFIX child seat, which is available in many different trim styles.

ISOFIX has been accepted by car manufacturers for its simplicity and ease of use. It creates a rigid link between the child seat and the vehicle, removing the need to use adult sized seat belts, therefore reducing the risk of slack installation. The process of fitting and removing the child seat is also made much faster - a single movement releases the child seat to allow its normal use.

Balmoral:


   

Manufactured for the coach market, the Balmoral seat is designed to maximise the gangway width without compromising passenger comfort. Tested to M2 and M3 Standard EEC directive 76/115 (as amended) using an accredited test centre in the U.K. Seat belt reel mechanism is beneath the seat structure. Fully removable seat back covers.

All seats are available in a variety of widths and leg heights. The innovative design of the Condor and Eagle range incorporates the new Lite, super Lite and sprung base products and employs state of the art materials and technology for comfort, strength and durability. All our Eagle and Condor products are tested with many flooring and fixing systems available with Cogent Automotive SPRUNG Technology (CAST) as an optional extra. The range comprises three types of seats: Standard, Clipper and Recliner, all of which complement our Freeway tip-up seat.


Eagle M1 / Condor M2 Standard

Eagle M1 / Condor M2 Clipper The Clipper is the simple solution to several conversion problems. A variant of the Eagle M1 and Condor M2 seats, the Clipper has a right or left handed asymmetric squab and its use on both sides of a minimum width aisle creates extra space where it is most needed - at hip height and to satisfy COIF dimensions. The Clipper can also be used on the window side to achieve a snugger fit accommodating the internal convex curve of the vehicle.

Eagle M1 / Condor M2 Recliner: A reliable and comfortable recliner suitable for both the minibus and coach market. Our recliners offer comfortable and luxurious travel Plus a choice of lever or gear mechanism.

805 Contour: Contour is a seat with recliner back, integrated headrest an integrated seatbelt placed either by left or right shoulder. The seat has numerous options.

825 Contour: 825 Contour has an adjustable and foldable back. Furthermore it has an integrated 3 point seatbelt and neck rest.



Recaro:

Recaro has a wide range of seat models for different needs, whose design allows further adaptation where required, while armrests can be fitted to all of them. Four selected models are described here: Recaro Ortoped: The seat has low side bolsters that make getting in and out easy. The backrest contains features such as dual electric lumbar supports, adjustable side bolsters and electric recline adjustment, as well as integral heating and ventilation. Recaro Specialist L: This has a bucket seat cushion with pull-out seat extensions that together with robust side bolsters of the backrest ensure a comfortable and ergonomically correct driving position. The seat has manual recline and an adjustable backrest. Optional heating in the backrest and seat. Recaro Ergomed DS: The seat has electrical recline adjustment and lumbar support. The bucket seat cushion is electrically adjusted for height and angle and is also fitted with a manual seat extension. The seat is equipped with heating and ventilation. Recaro Style: The seat cushion frame is bearing-mounted at the rear, which improves seating comfort and protects the body from shock on uneven roads. Heating and ventilation are standard. The seat has electrical recline and sitting height as well as manual lumbar adjustment and seat extension.
