At Camp Mosey Wood new Adventure Elements will provide girls with novel experiences that build trust and instill confidence. The design of the Adventure Elements is based on the concept of action learning which incorporates the “whole� girl, and provides challenges for individual girls as well as teams of all ages. The low challenge circuit elements offer confidence-building activities to girls with a range of abilities, while the dueling tower features a multi-tiered adventure course and climbing tower that provide the highest level of mental and physical challenge. Outdoor experiences often place girls in new physical, psychological, and social situations that motivate curiosity and foster a sense of discovery. Authentic challenges in nature require girls to become more self-aware and to cooperate, communicate, and solve problems more effectively. In an all-girl setting, the Adventure Elements at Camp Mosey Wood encourage trying new challenges, discovering new ways of problem solving, taking calculated risks, and most of all having fun.

Up for a little adventure? Start your week out bouldering on the rock wall, then test your team building skills on some of our new low challenge elements. Finally, round out your week going to new heights by climbing the rock wall! This week is bound to be an adventure!
