How to Register On-Line Registration 1. In order to register through On-line registration, you will need a main contact client number, a family PIN number and a credit card. 2. If you do not have a main contact client number and a family PIN number, please call (480) 503-6200. 3. Visit www.GilbertRecreation.com to register On-line. Payments can be made with a Visa, Master Card or American Express. Touch-Tone Registration 1. If you do not have a main contact client number, individual client numbers and a family PIN, please call (480) 503-6200. 2. After calling Touch-Tone registration, (480) 503-6225, follow the recorded prompts to register for your selected classes. 3. Your registration is not complete until you enter your credit card information for payment. Payments should be made with a Visa, Master Card or American Express.

Mail-In Registration After selecting the classes you wish to register for, then: • Complete the registration form on line. • Only one person per registration form. Forms may be photocopied. • Enter the class code along with other required information, i.e. name of class. • Be sure to sign the assumption of risk waiver in ink. • Registration fees must be submitted with registration form. • Your registration form is an application; it does not assure placement in a class. • If your class choices are full, you will be placed on a wait list for that class. Scholarship Program A scholarship program is available to help economically disadvantaged children. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship for your child(ren), please call the Gilbert CAP office at (480) 892-5331. They are located at Page Park Center, 132 N. Bruce Street.

Class Guidelines • For your child's safety, children must be accompanied into the facility as well as to and from the classroom. • Participants should dress appropriately according to the type of class they are registered for. Tights/leotards and or loose clothing is recommended for dance/movement classes. Closed-toe shoes are a must for all classes. • Parents of children wearing diapers or pull-ups must remain in the facility during their child's class. • Parent/Tot classes-Parents do not need to register, but do need to be present in the classroom. Only registered children are allowed in the classroom. • Only registered participants may remain in the classroom once class has started. Parents, family members and friends are asked to wait outside the classroom quietly while class is in session. If a participant is in need of a caregiver to remain in the classroom during class hours, prior approval must be obtained by the program coordinator before registration. • A participant will be allowed to register for a class as long as the participant reaches the required age anytime during the session, unless otherwise stated in the class description. • Photos & Videos of Participants: The Town of Gilbert often takes pictures of participants in our programs. Some of these photos may be used for advertising in our publications and or other types of advertising. By registering you are granting permission to the Town of Gilbert to utilize these photos/videos as marketing and promotional material. • Please Note: Class Instructor names are subject to change from what is published. **TWINKLE TOES-PARENT/TOT** Class is full of imagination and fun allowing you to interact with your child to introduce the fundamentals of dance techniques in ballet, tap and tumbling. Great opportunity to let your little dancer build confidence and self esteem and take the first step to leaving your side! HOLA-LANGO SPANISH This class is taught 100% in Spanish! A full immersion foreign language program – Within two or three classes, kids will learn key phrases in Spanish. Our highly engaging Spanish class uses music, games, art and stories to teach kids new languages. Come and join the East Valley’s most exciting and energetic program of Adult Sports Leagues. Join over 48 Adult Men’s Basketball Teams. Register your team for one of our many divisions. If you don't have a team, feel free to sign-up on the unattached player’s list on the website. Team managers refer to this list for new players to add to their team. Or you can create your own team with the list. Divisions are determined by skill level and playing experience. All efforts will be made to have rosters available at the ball fields before the end of each season for player signatures. It is the responsibility of each team to ensure they have a completed roster submitted in accordance with the league deadlines.

8 Team Leagues Single header will include a 7 game schedule. Double header will include a 14 game schedule. Includes a post-season single-elimination tournament.

Adult Volleyball League SUMMER LEAGUE INFORMATION

DIVISIONS: Co-Ed Upper / A Co-Ed Upper / B (Both divisions play on Monday evenings) SEASON: Monday, May 14th - July Season includes league play and single-elimination tournament LOCATION: South Valley Junior High School 2034 S. Lindsay Road. LEAGUE FEE: $275 per team. Make check payable to the “Town of Gilbert� REGISTRATION/DEADLINE: Teams may register April 9-April 30 or until the league fills. League fee and completed rosters are due upon registration. Team registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. ROSTER: E-mail your team's roster using the form on the town website: www.gilbertaz.gov/parks/sports-adult.cfm. Save a copy to your files for future season's changes and e-mail directly to us and save time. Minimum of 6 players - maximum 12. Players names, addresses, phone numbers, and signatures are required. HANDMADE CRAFTS Come have fun with your friends while making a new craft each week. Crafts will include crayon paintings, gumball machine candy jars, transferring photos on canvas and more! This class is designed specifically for persons with special needs. Can’t come every week? Pay as you go. You must RSVP to guarantee your spot. Dance and Cheer DANCE PARTY-SPECIAL NEEDS Do you love to move and groove when you turn on the tunes? This class will teach simple activity, party, and line dances using some of your favorite music. Favorites will include the Macarena, the Cupid Shuffle, The Cha Cha Slide, and many more popular dances. There will also be time each week to dance your own way to popular tunes. Sports RECREATION BOWLING Individuals with special needs 8 years and older are encouraged to join in the fun of bowling. Taking part in this sport provides individuals the chance to develop physical fitness, self-confidence and build strong relationships. Those needing extra supervision must provide his/her own aide. Register in advance to guarantee your bowling lane. Can’t come every week, pay as you go. You must RSVP to guarantee space. Practices will be held at Brunswick Zone XL, 1160 S. Gilbert Rd. BUTTERFLY GARDEN AT THE DESERT BOTANICAL GARDEN Come see all the beautiful plants and butterflies the southwest has to offer at the Desert Botanical Garden. During this special time of the year the DBG brings in thousands of species of butterflies to enjoy while taking a tour of this breathtaking garden. Remember to pack a camera to preserve your memories! Transportation is provided and is limited to 10 passengers. ICE SKATING AT POLAR ICE Come cool off on the ice rink will all your friends! This field trip will be held at the Polar Ice Skating Rink in Gilbert and includes 2 hours of skating and skate rentals. Beat the heat while enjoying time with friends and getting some great exercise. Pack a sack lunch or bring money for food or snacks at the concession stand.
