ABOUT THE SAFE BY CHOICE™ PROGRAM
Safe by Choice™ is a program designed with one goal – to drive conviction that every person must follow all safety procedures and foster an environment that demands workplace safety. The program is not designed to replace or alter current safety programs; it is designed to give those programs traction and to make every employee an owner of your safety culture. Each program is customised to meet the needs of individual organisations. We use the discovery phase to identify your individual challenges and standards. The customised content creates direct links using your language, examples and illustrations from your world. Our program incorporates experiential learning including fun, innovative and memorable experiences such as ‘The council of the marble star™’, ‘Rigs and Wrenches™’ and ‘Alpha wave: Jungle 3™’. The program takes two days and includes a day for leaders only and one for employees and leaders. Generative HSE delivers the Safe by Choice™ program in partnership with Eagles Flight.
