Spring 2013 As Vice Chancellor for Global Affairs at SUNY, I continue to be honored to work with a system that has such a highly developed commitment to internationalization. SUNY has extraordinary and creative international study opportunities which have been developed by our colleagues, administrators and faculty, across 64 campuses. It goes without saying that experience abroad can be among the most formative that any students has during his or her college experience. Never before has an understanding of customs, languages, politics and economics ever been so crucial to the future of our nation.
