Welcome It sure was an exciting weekend. We’re still on a high after achieving an impressive clearance rate of 85%. That’s 11 properties sold from 13 auctions. Each weekend we’re seeing more activity in the local market. There are more people attending open homes and more activity at auctions. We’re regularly seeing 3 or 4 bidders raising their hand G ar y P e e r

at auctions – it certainly makes for lively and exciting sales. From our observations, there’s certainly a lot of depth in the market. A perfect example, and a highlight of the weekend auction results, was the sale of 13 Findon Avenue Caulfield North. There was a lot of interest in this spectacular home with several bidders competing until the fall of the hammer at $3,410,000. An impressive result by anyone’s standards.
