Course Descriptions Starfish (Parent-Tot) Age: 9Mos - 3Yrs

Make waves with your little superstar! A familiar face, touch, and praise play a vital role in introducing babies to water adjustment, learning breath control, and enhancement of early developmental skills. Safety skills are introduced. A great start for future swimmers! One parent per child required. Each class consists of 20 minutes in the water and 5 minutes dressing time before and after water time.

Clownfish (Preschool) Age: 3 - 4Yrs

Play is the way little ones learn! This instruction lays the groundwork for introductory swim skills through songs, games, and toys that teach water adjustment, safety skills, and beginning movement. Basic lessons also help preschoolers develop comfort in the water.

Stingrays (Primary) Age: 5 - 8Yrs

Cool rays of summer! Attentive instruction guides students through fundamental swim elements, including controlled rhythmic breathing, floating, and essential safety skills, while progressing at each student’s own pace. Encourage confidence in the water, and ensure a solid foundation for later stroke development. Progress through skill stations 1 - 6.

Sharks (Youth/Advanced) Age: 9 - 15Yrs

Jaws will drop! Instruction covers beginning through advanced skills. Beginners develop rhythmic breathing, learn safety skills, and receive instruction in basic strokes. Students advance through strokes such as freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, and sidestroke while increasing endurance. You’ll be prepared to swim for your lifetime! Progress through skill stations 1 - 10.

Adapted Aquatics Age: 6 - 15Yrs

Splash into success! Designed for kids with disabilities. Learn water safety and swimming techniques in a safe, self paced environment. One on one instruction provides each individual with the attention needed to gain valuable skills in the water while improving strength and coordination.

Adult Swim

Age: 16Yrs and up

It’s never too late to learn! Instruction focuses on your personal swimming goals. Choose fundamental techniques such as breath control, floating, and treading, or improve your favorite stroke. Work at your own pace, improve swim skills, and gain water confidence. Enjoy swimming at any age!
