She advises small business owners with no office space to use imagination and think of how people will move through the store to create a fluid floor plan. Grouping stock into sensible categories can help reduce clutter. Shelves are a great asset, as well as a respectable filing cabinet. Janet’s shelves were formerly located at Steve and Barry’s and are rented from her landlord for a minimal cost. y
