Head Waiter (m/f) This position is to be filled immediately. Description of duties:
Provide informed and professional advice to clients. Ensure impeccable presentation and high quality service. Manage small events. Provide proper and professional maintenance of products. Gradually improve quality of service by gaining familiarity with dishes and wines.
Skills and qualifications: The ideal candidate holds a professional diploma in the restaurant industry and has professional experience in a similar position. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of dishes and beverages, and a work method that reflects professionalism, attention to detail, flexibility and team spirit. A focus on service and customer satisfaction, as well as mastery of French and English, are essential. Lastly, the ideal candidate exhibits exemplary behavior and has a neat appearance.
