LED E F FO RT S to retain 10 percent of all U.S. global HIV/AIDS funding for orphans and vulnerable children in the reauthorization of the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) by working with allies in Congress and galvanizing support from coalition partners.
