A Message from the President Team, I hope that everyone was able to enjoy the July Fourth holiday with friends and family. With summer in full swing, I want to take a moment to express the importance of time with loved ones. While we value your hard work and dedication to the company and our customers, we also value your physical and mental well-being. Whether it is exercising, healthy living, maintaining positive mental health or striking a positive work-life balance, there are numerous resources through G4S that can help you obtain them all. Through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), there is material to help you maintain positive health, with nutrition and exercising, mental health and addiction resources, among others. Each topic has additional materials to help you get started and support lines should you need any additional help. Maintaining your health is extremely important, but so too is striking a positive work-life balance. Whether it be taking a vacation or getting away with friends and family for a day, it’s vital that you enjoy life outside of work. We are proud to offer our employees discounts through Perks at Work, which are highlighted on page 8, that can help make vacations or day-long activities possible for you and your family. As summer reaches its apex, I hope that you continue to strive to provide exceptional security for our customers, while working safely for you, your family and your co-workers. Beyond that, I encourage you to strive to live a positive and healthy life while enjoying time with those close to you. Sincerely,

Drew Levine President, G4S Secure Solutions (USA)

Dylan responded quickly, locking down the bank and notifying authorities while keeping those inside safe despite the customer becoming irate. G4S Safety Moments

July Safety Moments OSHA Safe + Sound Week

G4S would like to invite its employees to join in OSHA’s Safe + Sound Week, August 12-18, 2019. The purpose of Safe + Sound week is to celebrate companies and organizations that have successfully implemented safety and health programs in the workplace. At G4S, safety is more than just a priority— it is a value. Our leaders and employees have shown tremendous effort throughout the year to maintain safety standards, and now it is time to celebrate that effort. Why Celebrate? The greatest benefit of participating in Safe + Sound Week is that it can energize current safety programs. Campaigns such as Safety Starts With Me at Home/Work/Play and publications like Safety Matters and Safety Moments serve to spread an important message. Management Leadership Safe + Sound Week offers leaders within the company an opportunity to think about how they might strengthen their safety program. Top management can hold its work environment to a zero-injury standard by taking safety programs seriously and doing the following: • Provide the resources needed to successfully operate the program • Consider safety and health when making operational decisions and in business planning • Recognize and reward employees who uphold safety standards • Lead by example: practice safe behaviors and engage in safety conversations What can you do? Celebrating Safe + Sound Week is about more than making a statement. It is about promoting safety programs and supporting workers. G4S makes it a priority to include its employees in every safety program, and you are encouraged to do the following: • Report incidents (including near misses) so they can be investigated • Help train current coworkers as well as new hires • Speak out about ways to improve the safety of your work environment To get additional safety information, contact your local office or send an email to safety@usa.g4s.com.
