Griffco calibration cylinders are designed to enhance the performance of chemical feed systems by providing a verification of the flow rate of the chemical feed pump. Robust construction of clear PVC with an easy to read graduation in mls and gph. To convert LPH or GPH use this formula: LPH = (volume ⫼ draw time) x 3.6 GPH = (volume ⫼ draw time) x 0.952 Note: Max. cylinder pressure is 15 psi.

9 Series pumps for 4-20mA or pulse multiply or divide! C Series chemical metering pumps are positive displacement, Liquifram™ type pumps that are UL and CUL approved. Output volume is adjustable while pumps are in operation from zero to maximum capacity of 25.0 GPH. Chemical metering pumps are capable, without a hydraulically backed diaphragm, of injecting solutions against pressures up to 300 PSI. See chart for actual information. SERIES C1 – Adjustment is by means of readily accessible dial knobs, one for changing stroke length and the other for changing stroke frequency (speed). SERIES C7 – Control of Series C7 metering pumps are selectable between internal and external pulsing by means of a 3position center-off switch. Stroke length is adjustable by means of readily accessible dial knob. When in external pulsed mode, Series C7 units accept signals without the use of electrical timer or internal timer. Pressure capacity is adjustable to reduce noise, vibration and wear. SERIES C9 – Series C9 metering pumps have a clear liquid crystal display. Control is selectable between internal and external pulsing by means of a tactile keypad. Internal stroke frequency is adjustable from 1 stroke per hour to 100 strokes per minute. Pump is capable of dividing or multiplying pulse inputs from 1 to 999 or responding directly or inversely to a 4-20mA input signal.

OPERATION 1. Follow arrangement indicated in either fig. 1 or 2. 2. With calibration cylinder full, start metering pump and run at 100% output adjustment until pump is fully primed. 3. With pump installed under actual operating conditions, operate pump until all air is exhausted from suction line and pump head. Refill calibration cylinder. 4. Start the pump and using a stop watch or timer, calculate the volume pumped over time.
