On behalf of the social work faculty and staff, greetings from the Fayetteville State University Department of Social Work! Our Ethics Conference consists 4 hours of Behavioral Health related Ethics training with a focus on rural settings. The presentation format will involve lecture, activity and discussion designed to help the participants explore their own views and beliefs related to the content presented. The objectives of the workshop include increasing participant general awareness of ethical implications of social work practice in rural settings; increasing participant general awareness of ethical implications of social work practice using motivational interviewing, and developing strategies for making decisions when confronted with ethical dilemmas.
