Mark 4:35-39 (KJV) And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side. And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships. And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.
In the middle of that boat ride, the bible says there arose a great storm and the waves started leaping, not just on the ship but into the ship. Have you ever felt like life was drowning you? Have you ever felt like, "I'm not going to make it this time? The word of God says that Jesus was in the hinder parts of the ship asleep on a pillow. In this text there are three things that we must understand to be blessed. One - We Must Understand that when the water got in the boat, there was no dialog. They went straight to Jesus. You have to know who call. Call Jesus when it gets rough. Two - We must know how to call Jesus. Desperate people Holler. "Master carest thou not that we perish"? Some Jericho walls are not coming down until you shout. Three - He will hook you up, after you get God's attention, He will rebuke the winds. And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. Yours in Christ,
